Alborz Steel Company established a factory under the name of Navard-e-Takestan with the capacity of manufacturing five hundred thousand tons of light steel profiles a year.

Location: Takestan Industrial zone
Measurement: About hundred thousand square meter.
Building: About fifteen thousand square meter including the production hall, product and material warehouses, office and welfare buildings.

The first phase of the factory was established on the 19th of October, 2001,with the capacity of seventy thousand tons of all types of rods. Along with the erection of new machinery in 2002 the production increased to a hundred thousand tons a year.For achieving the maximum level of production, a new production line was purchased from Australia which is being set up.
The CEO of the company has estimated around one million tons of production a year to provide the raw material for the fusion unit. In addition, he is willing to achieve the raw material production goal in the near future.
